Fish and chip enthusiasts from around the country and as far away as the Nordics will be heading for Peterborough for a leading fast food industry event.

Peterborough Arena has again been chosen by family business Friar’s Pride to host FRY I.T - the highlight of fish and chip trade shows.
About 2,500 traders and exhibitors from  the UK and as far away as Iceland and Norway will showcase industry innovations at the popular event.
